Fruit Infused Water
A refreshing and natural way to infuse your water this summer. Keep it simple with a your favorite herb and one or two of your favorite fruit and/or vegetable. As you can see my first attempt I went overboard. Place ingredients in a container and use a spatula to lightly press down on top. Add filtered water to your container and let it sit in the fridge for at least 2 hours. Leaving it in the fridge over night is even better! Mix and match your flavors this summer.

Homemade Rainbow Chard Pizza
Homemade Waffle Tower With Fruit
Why not enjoy a healthy breakfast that does not consist of the typical egg and bacon? Homemade waffles are stacked with kiwi, strawberry, blue berry, and fat free whipped topping. I also made a delicious smoothie with fat free yogurt, skim milk, honey, and strawberries. You can try this with your favorite fruits and/or vegetables and trust me, you will never look at breakfast the same.

My 1 Year Anniversary As A Natural Jamaican Empress
Happy 1 year anniversary to me! This has been such a rewarding year and I can't wait to embark on many more to come. They say when a girl cuts all her hair, she is making drastic changes in her life. Oh how true that statement is. This is a new me and I am so in love with I and I self. It is a great feeling of empowerment and I am blessed.

Exotic Fruits
It has been 1 year since I started my natural journey to eat healthy. I must say it has been a very exciting journey as I discovered new and exotic foods I wouldn't have dared to try in the past. A trip to the heart of China Town lead to my encounter with these exotic fruits. The spiky fruit is a rambutan and the other is lychee. They both are very similar in taste and texture.
